Born in San Jose, Costa Rica, Dj Alex Araya its one of the most popular djs in Central America and Costa Rica. Playing in the best Clubs. Since he had 14th years old he started playing music by the influence of such important djs as Robert Sanchez, Carl Cox, Dave Seaman, Steve Lawler, Cirez D, Sander Kleinenberg, Sasha, etc.

Alex Araya started playing in 2004 in small and private parties as a host dj, then by the influence of Dj Sweetbo and Dj Byron Hidalgo, he played in important parties in the area with the most important djs.

For the year 2005 he managed one of his clubs Cafè 83 Sur, he was in charge of the organization and promotion of different parties.

He`s style its Electro and Progressive, always making people dance, experience and lots of great music are part of his sets.

Right now he is starting working on the promotion of international parties with 712 Bookings, Miami Fl and Demented Promo. Playing in Clubs like Vertigo, Club Oblique and Lbistro in his hometown Costa Rica.

Now for the 2007, Alex Araya ts producing and experimenting with different sounds, using the roots of the progressive house, minimal techno and electro house.
