Biography

Born in San Jose, Costa Rica, Alex is one of the current djs playing in Costa Rica. Since he had 14th years old he started playing music by the influence of such important djs as Robert Sanchez, Carl Cox, Dave Seaman, Steve Lawler, Cirez D, Sander Kleinenberg, Sasha, etc.

Alex Araya started playing in 2003 in small and private parties as a host dj and then having his own parties playing with local djs such as Sweetbo, Dr Leo, Melissa O, Erik Prestinary, Aaron Wells, Tekes, Patrice, Diego Lopez, Ares, Javier Portilla, Andres Solano, Alias Ed, Tota, Monik, Grant, NME, Virtual, Esteban Howell, Fredo, Vega, Felix Del Barco, Frax, Charlie Stevens, RZ, Tommy, Yuri, Sergio, Desostoa, Marlene, Lawrence Casal, Joe Scianna, Deep House Lovers, Joe Cotter, Tenshi, Sol Martinez, between others.

For the year 2004 he started a residence in Cafè 83 Sur, one year after that he managed the place, being in charge of the organization and promotion of different parties.

 He`s style its Tech House and Progressive, he loves to see people jumping in the dance floor, with a nice Latin touch and sexy sounds, playing in other countries such as Panama and in private parties in Miami and also playing along with deejays such as Cedric Gervais. Alex has a style and technique that make his parties one of a kind.
